Black grapes jelly from Champagne
Come and pickup the last bunch of grapes after the harvest.
Préparation pour 8 personnes.
2.5kg black grapes, ½ glass water, 1kg preserving sugar.
Remove the seeds from the grapes. Cook the grapes in half a glass of water for 5 minutes. Filter the juice, and cook it again with preserving sugar (1kg juice for 1kg sugar)
Try to put a drop of the mixture on a cold metal plate. If the drop turns solid, it is done!
A gorgeous colour with a great taste, it goes perfectly well with crepes or pancakes.
