Terroir : Our vineyard is planted on sunny hillsides ranging in Cuisles, Marfaux, Jonquery and Châtillon-sur-Marne.
Tasting
A sparkling, bright golden color. A wide range of bubble rows float along with hints of delight. A creamy foaming with a caress of fine bubbles.
A dominant taste of ripe fruits and sweet spices, complemented by a slight hint of sour fruits.
The taste is just like the aroma: rich, flattering and fruity. The palate is bathed in the sweet red berries’ taste which continues with a hydrating touch. This sweetened gustatory approach provides the perfect balance. A rich feeling for a long-lasting taste.
