The quality of a "demi-sec" is enabled by the essential sweet aromas and the savory texture.
Tasting
Eye: A sparkling, bright golden color. A wide range of bubble rows float along with hints of delight. A creamy foaming with a caress of fine bubbles.
Nose: A dominant taste of ripe fruits and sweet spices, complemented by a slight hint of sour fruits.
Palate: The taste is just like the aroma: rich, flattering and fruity. The palate is bathed in the sweet red berries’ taste which continues with a hydrating touch. This sweetened gustatory approach provides the perfect balance. A rich feeling for a long-lasting taste.
