Soupe Champenoise

The "Soupe Champenoise", or Champagne Soup, is a refreshing drink, quick and easy to prepare.

Préparation pour 10 personnes.

Ingrédients

Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle of Champagne
  • 1 ladle of lime juice
  • 1 ladle of cane sugar syrup
  • 1 ladle of triple dry Cointreau or Grand Marnier

Préparation

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in the fridge the day before - Prepare at the very last moment

  1. In a large container, gently mix the ingredients
  2. Add the bottle of Champagne
  3. Serve it with the ladle in long glasses
